Tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I started my banking career as an ROP student in Apple Valley, California 34  years ago. I frequently waited on Roy Rogers through the drive-up at my first banking position with Security Pacific Bank. 

What does great customer service mean to you?

Going above and beyond expectations during each and every interaction with our customers. I truly want our customers not just satisfied, but having had a positive memorable experience, where we go the extra mile for them.  

What do you love about Golden Valley Bank?

I love that we ARE community. We establish relationships with our customers, within the community, and with each other in which we make a difference. It isn’t just words, it is actions. 

What can you help our customers with?

I can be a valued resource for all of our customer’s banking needs. I will do all that I can do to make their job, or tasks easier. My desire is to see my customers achieve the things they dream of. Whether that be a new home, sending children to college, a secure retirement, or running their own business. I am pleased to be a part of the process and planning to assist in making that happen.
