We are open to support you in your banking needs! Please note that our Chico Office hours have changed. Both Chico and Redding offices are now open Monday - Friday 9AM to 5 PM starting Friday, March 27th, 2020.
Bankers have a special responsibility to maintain normal work hours and we will be doing so as long as we can. We are taking necessary precautions to keep our employees and customers healthy so we are conducting the steps below:
- Asking you about your needs before you enter the building to see if we can help.
- Encouraging use of our mobile and online services.
- Continuing to have a clean area throughout our buildings.

With the recent Stay at Home order from Governor Newsom, Golden Valley Bank will continue normal banking operations at all locations. One of our highest priorities is the health of our staff, customers, and the well-being of the communities we serve.

Visit the office, if necessary: Our offices are currently operating with normal business hours.
Telephone Banking: You can speak with a representative Monday – Friday. Chico (530) 894-1000 and Redding (530) 222-4000.
Online Banking: You can access your account at www.goldenvalley.bank. If you haven’t yet, Personal enrollments can be completed here and Business enrollments can be completed by calling a Bank Representative.
Mobile Banking: You can fully access your accounts, make transfers, pay bills and more through our business and personal Mobile Apps.
